How long will it take for the glasses delivery?
Once we receive your prescription by email or WhatsApp:
- Monofocal prescription glasses: 48-72 working hours.
- Sunglasses and screen glasses: 24-48 working hours.
- Progressive glasses: 8-12 business days.
Can I change or return my glasses?
Yes, you can change or return your glasses. You will have 15 days from the moment you receive them.
If you want to change or return your glasses for any reason, please bring or send them to our store in C / Campoamor 10, Madrid, during the opening hours.
If you are not able to do so, we will send you a courier to pick them up wherever you want.
Can I change or return glasses with prescription lenses?
Yes, and the same conditions mentioned in the previous question apply.
Do my new glasses have any kind of warranty?
Yes, we offer a two-year warranty on the frame and on manufacturing defects of the
The warranty does not cover breakages or damages made voluntarily or involuntarily by the user.
In case of manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will pick up your glasses in order to change them. We’ll send them back to you with the new lenses and/or the new frame.
If we do not have the very same model you bought, you can choose from the existing collection at the time of the change.
What type of frames and lenses do you work with?
All our products meet the highest quality requirements.
Frames: we use the most resistant materials on the market: titanium, Italian ultem, steel and premium acetate.
Lenses: we rely on a Spanish optical laboratory with more than 50 years of experience in the sector: Prats Laboratories.
Our prescription GreyGlasses include:
High ( or super high-index), organic CR39 lenses, with scratch-resistant coating.
Anti-reflective coating that reduces annoying reflections and reduce eye strain.
Mini screwdriver, to adjust your glasses yourself in case you can’t go to the optics.
Home Try-On: How does it work?
You can choose up to 5 frames you like the most from our website and we will send them to you for free wherever you want.
You can keep the glasses for 3 full days, and ask your friends and relatives for advice!
Once you have decided the frame that suits you best, please call or write to us so we can pick up the trial frames (in the same box we sent you).
If you have already found your match, order your glasses online and we’ll get started on delivering your brand new glasses asap!
Home Try-On: Is it free of charge?
Yes, our 3-days Home Try-On service is completely free of charge.
During the pick up process, we will ask for your bank details to secure the order with a credit or debit card. No worries, we will only retain €1 as a deposit that we will return after receiving the glasses back.
At the moment our Home Try-On is available in Spain (except for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands) and Portugal.
Our Home Try-On is valid only for prescription glasses and screen glasses.
What happens if I don't return or break any of the trial frames?
In the case of non-return of the frames or if any of them is damaged, we’ll proceed charging to the account you gave us of up to €84 for each frame not returned or damaged.
To avoid the charge, please deliver to the courier the trial frames in their box.
Don’t worry, once the 3 days have passed, we will contact you to plan the pickup.
If your trial period ends on weekend or on vacation, a new pickup will be scheduled for the next working day.
If I liked one or more frames, can I order them online?
That’s easy! Go to www.greyglasses.com and finish the order online by choosing the frames you liked the most. We will need your prescription details and delivery address.
You don't have to wait for the pickup of the trial frames to finish your online order.
What if I finally don't like any of the frames?
Don't worry, you don't have any commitment to purchase.
If you do not find your perfect model, just return the trial frames and we will refund your deposit.

How can I get my prescription?
Enter the Free Prescription section and discover the different options to get your graduation for free.
You can come to our store in C/ Campoamor 10, Madrid, or find the ophthalmologist closest to you. In this case, please remember that they will ask you for the bill or confirmation email so as not to charge you for the prescription.

When would I need high-index prescription lenses?
We recommend choosing a 1.67 high-index lens from 3 / 3.5 diopters, especially on the thinnest steel or titanium. In this case, you will have to choose the option of Extra high-index lenses for the product you liked.
We always recommend choosing light acetate frames for a perfect fit of the lenses in case of high myopia.
Do you manufacture all kinds of prescription lenses?
We can manufacture lenses of up to 8 diopters by choosing the option of Extra high-index lenses.
For higher diopters, please write us at email@example.com and we will send you a cost estimation for your customized lenses.
Can I add the Blue Light filter to my prescription lenses?
Yes, by choosing the Blue Light filter option during the purchase process of the frame you liked.
Can I order Screen Glasses if I don't have any prescription?
Of course, our Screen GreyGlasses are non-prescription glasses with Blue Light filter lenses.
